11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration is Singapore, the language is English, and the arbitral award is final and binding.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
